Personal Training

Personalized programs are available to help you build bone density, improve strength, enhance balance, and strengthen joints. You can choose from the following session packages:

  • One Session: $70 per session

  • 6-Session Pack: $65 per session

  • 12-Session Pack: $60 per session

Group Training

Train with a partner or friends to receive a reduced rate. This is a great way to learn proper gym techniques while building confidence. Pricing is per person and taxes are applicable.

  • 2 Clients: $35 per session per person

  • 3 Clients: $25 per session per person

  • 4 Clients: $20 per session per person

I started training with Rhena about 3 years ago after I had a knee injury. Rhena aided me with equipment usage and technique, as well as personal motivation. After two months of training, I was able to travel and do long hikes up and down mountains. Rhena's pre and post operation training greatly helped me recover more quickly from total knee replacement surgery, and improved both strength and flexibility outcomes. Working out at Industry Fitness has changed my life. Two years ago at the age of 72, I was frail, and struggling with back issues and osteoporosis. While terrified that exercise would make my back pain flare up I was worried that without it my condition would worsen.

Rhena designed a program to start me off. She was incredibly patient and encouraging and so I stuck to it and started going to the gym three days a week. I book a session with her every half year or so to enhance my workouts. My progress has been steady. I’m not at all frail! I’m doing exercises I couldn’t imagine trying when I started and feeling fantastic. My bone density has improved and my back is in great shape thanks to enhanced core strength. I’m living proof that it’s never too late.
