We hope everyone was able to enjoy the Holidays and New Year. As we continue to track the Covid-19 situation we have made the decision to suspend ALL contract payments effective Jan 15, 2021. This will freeze your payments until we are able to re-open and more certain of that date. We hope that this lockdown will end sooner than later and can't wait to be back in the gym! **We have noticed that a few payments ran on Jan 15th and are working with out payment processor to have those payments returned ASAP and make sure this issue does not happen for future lockdown dates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.**

Firstly we want to thank all of our members for your continued support during this crazy year! We have been so happy to have you all back in the gym after the March lockdowns and are very sad and frustrated that another lockdown as been implemented.
We are trying to remain hopeful that this lockdown will not be extended past the 28 day period with re-opening scheduled on/or about January 24th, 2020. Should the lockdown be extended your membership fees will be stopped, same as last lockdown.
Membership payments scheduled on December 31st, 2020 (end of the month memberships) and January 15th, 2021 payments are still scheduled to be processed. These payments grant access to the facility for the month of January (when we hopefully re-open). Should the lockdown be extended these payments will be used towards the month of re-opening granting access to all members regardless of the opening date immediately.

If you are a personal training client with financing your payments will still be charged on their scheduled dates, your session expirations will be extended for the duration of the lockdown and be available to you upon our return. If you need to speak to us about your payments we ask that you please e-mail us at . If you have sessions pre-paid your session expirations will also be extended for the duration of the lockdown.
