As of mid-April we have been working on resolving a payment error that caused duplicate charges to be processed on a number of accounts. As of today we have refunded the duplicate charge to many accounts, or the charge was transferred to a credit on account and is being used for the May membership fee. Unfortunately we still have a handful of accounts that being processed as they have given us errors during the refund/credit process, we are working with Mindbody and Paysafe for these accounts still. We are pleased to finally be re-opening on January 31st, 2022. We will be manually adjusting memberships due to the closure. Payments that came out at the end of December/Early January will be used for the February membership fee. Those that had payments January 15th and beyond will have adjustments to your accounts for the 2 weeks the closure affected your payments.

CLOSED JANUARY 5th 2022
As per the announcement Jan 3, 2022, the Ontario Government has yet again made the decision to “shutter gyms” as of January 5th, at this time the closure is set for 21 days with a re-assessment prior to the end of that period.
For the health and safety of our community we will be adhering to the shutdown. We will provide further information as it is provided to all of Ontario.
As we will be closed, please refrain from leaving us voicemails and instead e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can address your needs and questions. Voicemails will not be checked during the closure.
We look forward to the welcoming everyone back to Industry Fitness when it is deemed safe to do so.

We are so happy to see you all coming back into the gym over the last few months! Thank you for continuing to follow the COVID-19 protocols and keeping us all safe! As the colder season begins please remember to stay home if you are feeling unwell. Its better to rest your body than push yourself to get a workout in when you're not feeling the best.
We do still offer membership holds if you are going away. They are limited to 2 months during the pandemic so please ensure you are speaking with us as soon as you know you are looking to pause your payments. As with all membership changes we do require 14 days notice before your next scheduled payment.

Payment from before the closure has been applied to all recurring memberships, so KEY-TAG sign in can be used again. Its been a long time so if you have misplaced or damaged your tag we would be happy to replace it for you, as always no charge! Membership fees will resume Mid-August.
Corporate Membership extensions have been extended again. Please speak with us if you have any questions about your new expiration/renewal date.
We now also offer short term membership options for your peace of mind as we continue to navigate through the pandemic.
Membership payments during ALL lockdown closures were stopped. If you had a charge please contact us as soon as possible so a refund can be issued, as mistakes do happen. Payments relating to Personal Training were not halted.
If you were on a membership hold before the April closure please contact us before coming in to ensure your account is in "Active" status. At this time new membership holds are limited to a max of 2 months.
If you had a membership before the lockdowns you still have a membership with us and we can't wait to see you back! If you need to make any changes to your account just let us know! We are happy to be back and able to help again!!

We are pleased to announce that the latest shutdown is coming to an end. We look forward to welcoming you back on Monday July 19th.
Fees will begin mid August for those on the mid month pay series and beginning of September for those on the 30th-beginning of the month payment schedule. If you would like to know the exact date your payment is set for withdraw please send us an e-mail at email@example.com or speak with our front desk staff during open hours.

Membership fees from April 1st-8th 2021 were processed to grant immediate access to the Facility when we are able to re-open (Hopefully May 6th from what we understand). Please know that by having a payment come out in April you WILL NOT have a payment come out in May. If the lockdown goes beyond May you will continue to NOT HAVE PAYMENTS TAKEN.
If you are in the April 9th-30th payment schedule (generally 15th,18th,28th,30th,31st membership withdraw) you will still have immediate access to the Facility when we re-open based on your payment from March. As no payment will be taken in April your May payment will run to continue your access to the facility once the lockdown lifts. IF the lockdown is extended you payments will be delayed to the Month of re-opening.
If you have a Corporate Membership we will continue to extend time for months lost as we have been doing throughout the pandemic.
Personal Training Fees are not halted, your sessions will be available to you upon re-opening and any session expiration dates will also be extended. If you have any questions or concerns in regards to your bi-weekly payments please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
